We cater to solo, friends, couples, families, groups travellers.

Our goal is that you should not have to take out your wallet once you arrive. There are no "hidden" expenses. The price you pay includes everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. However, for those seeking additional services or offerings, there are plenty of options available.

Our average length of stay is just over 14 nights … but we have Cleansers who stay for long weekend getaways to others who spend months with us. It’s totally up to you and your goals and objectives.

Your All Inclusive Stay covers:

1. Accommodation: Your own private room in one our 4 villas, all within walking distance of the Main Villa.

2. Healthy Cuisine: All expertly prepared healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

3. All Workshops

   • Activities: An action-packed schedule of fitness classes from beginner to advanced.

   • Wellness: All wellness sessions in the schedule, yoga, meditation, breathwork classes

4. Recovery: 24/7 access to the onsite sauna, ice bath, red light therapy and compression.

5. Beauty: As part of our schedule we offer a variety of beauty and wellness workshops

6. Massages: 2 X complimentary massages per week (7 day stay)

7. Muay Thai (1-on-1): 2 x private MuayThai sessions per week (7 day stay) in addition to daily group classes

8. Daily Laundry Service: All included throughout your stay Clothes picked up at 10 AM will be returned the same day, while those picked up at 1 PM will be delivered the following day.

Additional Costs

That being said we have amazing complimentary services. We collaborate with local clinics, hospitals, and numerous practitioners on the island.

Upon check-in, about half of our Cleansers opt to put their wallets in their safes, while the remaining half choose to spend extra on a variety of services that align with their health, wellness, and longevity objectives.

1. Airport Shuttle: Pick up and Drop off: We can collect and return you to the airport when you arrive for 1000 Baht per journey.

2. Beauty: Brooke offers customised programmes in her clinic in addition to her classes

3. Physio: Our resident physio is the best in the world and can be booked direct

4. Lyfe Clinic: Lyfe Medical Wellness focusses in prevention, personalization and rejuvenation our services and treatments are customized to suit individual aim to bring you the optimal performance

5. Tipping - tipping in Thailand is normally 10%. We do not add this to your stay. If you feel the staff have gone above and beyond, any tips shared will be divided among all the staff

Pricing & Packages:

Our all-inclusive package offers you the flexibility to select from a variety of three room categories, all at one comprehensive price for the entire program.

The prices listed below are for one Cleanser (what we affectionately call a guest).

If you decide to come with a spouse, parent, sibling, friend, or companion … and share a room, the second Cleanser pays only 50% of what the first Cleanser pays.
